Happy New Year
Ah, the new year. Time for new beginnings, weight loss, bigger muscles, eating better, remembering birthdays, taking time to smell the roses, etc., etc., etc.
As someone who worked out at a gym for a number of years, it got really crowded at the start of the year, but by February things had thinned out quite nicely. Good intentions are great, but it is so easy to get overloaded and not be able to follow through.
My advice? Pick something, set a realistic goal and make some progress on that thing. Keep everything in perspective. Remember, every day is a new day.
Me? I've decided to renew my work on my weight. I hope I am more realistic than the "massive pool" in the above picture.
